Yes it's Matthews, he sometimes wears blue jacket, maybe petty officer's coat?

I think he was the bosun on Renown which'd make him a warrant officer... but I quibble.

Yes, he does wear a blue jacket on occasion - i just didn't recollect the white lapels on it, which made me ask.

Your art is amazing, though - they're all recognisable! :D
