Nobody twigged...
Well I think nodbear and I managed to navigate the New Researchers in Maritime History Conference without anyone twigging that we're actually just a pair of silly fangirls! ;) Our paper went well, we got lots of enthusiastic feedback and heard an incredible range of fascinating papers. All in all it was great fun! We'll post a version of our presentation sometime but in the meantime we've written a wee post about the conference over at my journal here. Thanks again for all your support in the run up to the conference, I hope we did the fangirls proud :)
