Still can't think of where original diagram is - fairly sure it may be at Portsmouth and will attempt to find out- but if you comapare the stuff that the NMM has online it shows I think that were indeed two decks of staterooms as it were - and I think therefore that did affect what accommodation there was :

there are models of the Ardent class, including the Indy, designed by Thomas Slade, on the ships plans list at

and also the model of the Bellona a 74 but by the same designer and with the same two decks at :

and if you enter either " 64 " or " third rate" and/ or " 38" and " fifth rate" in the search engine it finds more in the ship's plans as well.

might be ones you have seen- but might help if not,
