What do you want most out of life?
What I want, I already have: a good, peaceful life with my husband and our unborn child. So I guess that doesn't count. I have nothing left that I want personally, therefore the question becomes what do I do with it all? I only hope that I take care of the people I love, and that I make difference in the world. Having everything you want doesn't do much good if you don't do anything with it.
All I ever really wanted was to make a difference and make my dad proud, and once I met John, I knew I wanted him. I have him now, and a baby besides. The other two things are relative depending on who you ask. I know I've closed cases, saved lives, helped other lives, but we never really see what happens after that. Is my dad proud of me? I hope so. I know he would tell me he's always proud of me. But I'll never get the chance to actually ask him.
So what do I want? Just to keep everything the way it is.
