Thirteen of the best gifts you have ever received.

I'm not even gonna try to put these in order.

01. The tickets to the American League Division Series that Kevin got me in 1997. Not only did I get to see the Orioles' last postseason victory, but I almost kissed John got to spend some quality time with my future husband.

02. Victor got me an Orioles desk caddy in 1996. Seriously, who has a better desk accessory than that?

03. My tickets to the Home Run Derby this year that Kevin scored me. Sure, I had to fly to New York, but I got to see Josh Hamilton make history. I am never, ever going to forget that as long as I live.

04. My chair! Is this not the most awesome chair? And it's ridiculously comfortable. It was a gift from a couple of people (my brother, my boyfriend, and yes, even my mom) for making the FBI.

05. Speaking of things I can lounge on, my Ravens pool float. When Kevin bought his place after making Assistant Director, he got me pool accessories to bring along. The best part? It comes with its own inflatable goal post so we can play pool football.

06. My father got me a customized Orioles bat when I was in college. My brother has one, too. I still carry mine around all the time, usually when I need to think about something. We had a lot of good times with those bats. Still do.

07. John got me tickets to see Celine Dion at Caesars Palace in Vegas on her farewell tour. The concert was amazing, the seats were great -- but the great part was living for myself for a little, just taking the time to do something crazy. It was a really awesome weekend and it was the break he knew I needed. Never mind that he had to shove me on the plane.

08. Tickets to the Spice Girls reunion tour. Don't ask.

09. When I first started out at the BCPD, Scott Jackson got me a copy of David Simon's book Homicide: A Year on the Killing Streets. His love letter to the '88 Balmer murder police. "Memorize it," he said. "You'll be living it someday." And you know what? He wasn't wrong.

10. Having the chance to try out for the U.S. Olympic team. Even if I turned it down.

11. Assistant Director Exstead not standing in my way when I decided to get myself reassigned to the X-Files. She knew who I needed, and she let me go and get him.

12. Kevin letting me borrow Andy MacPhail's jet to fly me back to be with my partner when he needed me. I don't know how he managed it, but he knew I needed to be with John, and he let me go.

13. John gave me his heart. But that was more like a trade, because he'll always have mine.
