twenty-three hours before the cable guy arrives to plug us in. (I'm hoping to discover that I can bend time between now and then).
twenty-four hours until we get the keys to the new house (see line above).
twenty-four hours 5 minutes before we start unloading the trucks.
twenty-four hours 10 minutes before the cat is released and disappears straight away.
By Saturday night, I will no longer be an east-sider, a title I've worn my whole life.
And I'm too busy to worry about it.
