[It's just another typical afternoon of walking home from school for Roji...except for the fact that today he's run into a bunch of snow kitsunes.

For a second he thought his eyes were deceiving him. Animal spirits made out of snow suddenly dancing around him? Ridiculous.

Except in Luceti, nothing is impossible.

So now he's simply marveling at them, even offering to play with them. At least they're not trying to hurt him!]

[ And cue Helios walking by, being on break for the moment, smiling as he notes Roji and the kitsunes playing. It'll be a second before he makes his way over to the both of them.

Don't mind Helios grinning like a derp. ]

Hi, Mister Helios! [He nods as he pats one of the Kitsunes on the head.] Tons of fun. It's nice for something weird but pleasant to happen for once.

[ Helios will win this Roji! You cannot beat the Iron Derp! ] Kitsunes. They're rather playful despite the mythos about them. I'm glad to see people are enjoying and getting along fairly well with them.

[ Albeit there have been a few...mishaps. Helios smiles as one of them runs a full circle about his feet before going back to Roji. ]

Roji gives Helios a curious glance.]

[ Helios bends down to pet one of them. ] Oh! I-I am, actually.

[ Just a beaming smile. ] I thought the town could use a bit of cheer, to get into the holiday spirit you know?

[Roji just gapes.]

Wow, really?! That's so cool!

[And he grins.] Definitely. I know I appreciate it.

Ah. Yes! It's nothing really. Just a simple enchantment is all.

[ Helios smiles affectionately. ] But I'm happy to see people enjoying themselves. We could all do for a bit more cheer.

Simple or not, it's still cool!

[He stands up straight. He was starting to get a little cold on the ground. Some of the kitsunes continue to trot around his feet though.]

I agree. With the mysterious decorations popping up, secret santas, and now the cute snow creatures...it's turning out to be a great holiday season, I think!

'Cool' hm? I haven't heard that be used with my work ever I think. [ Helios laughs. ] Sometimes my students don't think an adult can do anything cool. [ A theatrical sigh. ] The troubles of getting up in the years.

But yes! I believe the mistletoe has been around before, last year it was at least, and there was also a statue of Bil in town. You simply pushed a little red button and it gave you whatever you wanted.

[Okay Helios, Roji just has to laugh at that.] That's funny, because adults can do some of the coolest things I've ever seen! Inspiring things too.

[He smiles at the snow kitsunes. Inspiring indeed!

Listening in on Helios's description of last year's Christmas, his expression grows increasingly awestruck.]

Really? So it could give me some new issues of Jabin for example? [Manga is important okay?]

Oh? I'm never sure if my students consider what I do inspiring. Forcing them to go to school, oh the horror of it all! [ Helios laughs. ] Not the case for some of them, naturally, I have plenty who enjoy school quite a bit.

[ Helios purses his lips and nods. ] Yes. Jabin being something small and common I take it? I-I don't know if they gave anything too extravagant and the like. But the little things from home that you couldn't get here in the shops.
