Or some kind of book channel version of CSPAN? I don't know.
My father and I caught an interview with him tonight. He was of course great. He did the standard thing where people ask questions and then he gives excellent answers to totally different questions.
But what I think I want to remember was a little thing. He was talking about how everyone has stories, and even people who stutter and have trouble getting the words out, they are telling their own story, and just as I was thinking I've heard all this before, I'm zoning out, he concluded with:
"So don't you finish their sentence for them. They want to finish their sentence!"
And I thought, Oh.
