Internet 101 remidial lessons needed

trying to make this blog interesting. I want to post some mixes I've made lately but I need help with three things
anyone know how to make one big file out of a bunch of little files without using Garageband
anyone know how I can zip that
anyone know where I can host that shit.
I got two sick mixes I've made that are ass moving shit and I I got another one I am working on. I want to get that shit to you baby!
One is called "Jesus Crunk Superstar" and the other is called "Jump off Rocks (which I might actually load into Garageband and edit some stuff. I want to make an Aesop Rock medley).
Also anyone know where I can get acapella tracks for free? of anything?
