I FINALLY got to gym today. It was the first time that I have been to the gym in about a month, I think. I felt like such a slack ass. But, no more with that. Right now I am armed with the fact that I spent a good 45 min. on light free weights and abs, followed by an hour of cardio whilst I read a book. Yes I used precious gym time to power my way through a must read romance novel. It was delighteful.
Next on the list of things to make me feel better is a haircut. I am in deperate need and I talked to a girl at work and she gave em tha name of a girl at a local salon who she says is really good. I'll give her a try, what do I have to lose? Oh wait, my sideburns. ::grumble::
