swing the charm
Had my first vocal lesson since the summer this morning :3 went nicely. More songs to work on, theory to do, all such things. I think I'll be taking the theory side of my lessons a bit more seriously this year, I'm almost positive that studying music will be something I'll be doing in college, and I know it'll always be part of my life. I don't think I could be happy without it. X3
Speaking of happy, it's odd because I kept laughing this morning. While trying to sing. It stopped eventually, but there was just this "tickle" in my stomach or something. It was set off from one of the faces Sandra had me make while trying to get a sound right XD think "Myoo". Yeah.
Anyways. Happy today :3 Off from work, I guess Sheila (boss lady XD) figured it was easier to schedule me off for wednesdays sometimes, since I can't work the mornings. I'm pretty much over the not-going-back-to-school thing, seems like it'll be alright. Still gonna miss my girls, though :/ Ahwell. Ima see them all once in a while. ^____^
Went to visit Kourtney-muu just Saturday :3 coming home from the wedding rehearsal. ;____; I walked in on their dinner, which still seems rude to me even though she said it was okay XD The wedding went fine, anyways, everyone all dressed up (little kids! Aaaah! X3).
Hmm :/ Can't decide when to go visit Lokies (and the boys, of course :p).. it's more depending on what times are good for the folks I'd be visiting.
It feels weird to actually have money to do things with now XD I shall use it to go visiting, and to get things for friends. There's nothing else I need. X3
Well actually.. XD Since I'm off today Dad and I were gonna go for some driving practice after lunch (I have a road test booked for November ;____;) and he wants to head up to the Falls, see what's moved into the mall. SO. Ima get a pair of *comfortable* jeans (not that I have a lot of time outside work to wear them, it's usually from pyjamas to work clothes and back) and some AAA batteries for ze light on mah bike. Freaking batteries. Why can't everything take AAs? XD
