The non-stop quest for self-improvement

Jan 04, 2009 06:07

Last year I tried to improve myself by learning new stuff, reducing weight, improving myself. I think I missed most of the goals. Notwithstanding the great new people I have met, 2008 kinda sucked, at least from right-off-my-mind retrospect. I did get to travel a little, so that's good. Hey as I said, ups and downs.

Anyway, I realized that one reason I did not succeed so much is that I did not have a solid measure. AND AT WORK, the way we track measures is via SCORECARDS. So.... *drum roll please*

My scorecard. It's currently still in its draft form. I'm still working out some details, but hopefully it's a working start.

TADA! Courtesy of advanced excel training. The scores are autoformatted to change colors depending on the score. Health is probably my one of my top thrusts this year. Hence the separate space reserved for it and attention to detail. I have identified several things which I think I can focus on to improve my overall health. 170 lbs here I come! (170 muna, hinay hinay lang sa targets :p)
