I know it isn't much comfort, but he will be back. If nothing else it gives you the edge to make it to the Upper Level and get your powers activated...?

You can't know that. Not for certain. I had an opportunity... no matter how much I might have hated myself for it, I should have taken it. But I didn't, because I'm weak. I told myself I would become a demon, if that's what it would take... Apparently I was lying to myself.

I know he'll be back. I mean...the gods KEEP bringing him back, screwing with his mind in their timeline...

It may take awhile, but I'm certain he'll be back because he belongs here!

...no. He doesn't belong here. He doesn't belong anywhere. He doesn't deserve the opportunity to repent... only oblivion. A real, permanent death.
