Right off the top of my head men often write women's friendships as being full of catiness and meanness that often isn't there in reality. So if there is a team dynamic I'd like to see the team members portrayed as real friends or if there must be some conflict let it be based in something real and meaningful like conflicting ideologies, or competition in who is better at their job or a past wrong that is not about a man.

I enjoy action girls and women like Xena,Buffy or Sydney on Alias but I'd also like to see some women exercise another type of power that isn't traditional male power of violence and domination. A woman who uses the power of words, or manipulates the playing field like a glorious bastard is always welcome. Also many, many women have no problem with a woman using every tool at her disposal to achieve her ends that includes the power granted by her female attractiveness and I'm not just talking sex appeal I'm also talking about the fact that many men may feel protective of women or underestimate them. They did just about every version of this you can imagine in Alias.

But a really good example of atypical use of feminine wiles is in Heartbreakers. A mother and daughter make a bet about which of them can get the same man to offer them a drink. The daughter being 20 and at the height of her nubliness vamps it up mom is friendly and talkative the turn is hot and sexy. The man is about to offer to buy the daughter a drink when the mom coughs. Quite naturally he offers to buy the mom a drink. So yeah atypical use of feminine wiles.

As for your queer black protagonist well I'd like to see her with a black woman if she has a girlfriend.
