What a Glorious Day!!
Today was an absolutely glorious day!
Stayed in bed a little longer than usual for a Saturday. Got stuff set up for the day, made my coffee, and sat in the hot tub. Beautiful morning.
Set out for Port Townsend a little later than I usually do. Fall colors have hit Port Gamble. The picturesque drive through down was pure post card quality. Perfect weather.
Drove my back way to Port Townsend. Scenic, uncrowded, unobstructed.
Arrived in Port Townsend and was struck by the vastly increased number of cars and people, due to the Wooden Boat Festival. Drove directly to the store and got a perfect parking place!
The day was busy at the store. Lots of interesting and fun people. Set out some new stock.
My new phone and mobile broadband modem were delivered to the store, so by Monday I should be all set up (my computer is coming on Monday!)
Another package was delivered to the store too! A box came from my sister in Maine. It was a surprise Birthday gift - a stuffed bear! SO CUTE!!!
Drove home through scenic beauty again.
Now home listening to good music and eating a piece of birthday cake.
