In order to EVOLve one must LOVE.
To summarize briefly (pretty impossible with such an amazing situation), Cait and I are together. We waited until Martin Luther King Jr Day to make it official, because, well, that's exactly how we are. We're hilarious, and cute, and so perfect. We make people want to vomit when we are together. I think that's the mark of a true connection. Needless to say, I am more than excited for life, and have even felt differently in classes. I've been participating with intelligence, rather than with my previous bouts of obnoxious remarks and childish snickers amongst my usual introverted demeanor.
Oh, and of course, in the most fitting style ever, our heat turned off on Martin Luther King Day. Not a coincidence. Those don't exist. Destiny.

Those past three months were hard. Very hard; but well worth every hunger pang and every tear. I would do it all again in a heartbeat if it meant the same outcome. I was right all along, and it feels good on top of the fact that I'm crazy in love that I can have the affirmation that I'm not actually crazy.
We're so open and free, and obnoxious, and I wouldn't have it any other way. We're in love; we have been all along.
