Friday - left for the airport early. I ended up switching my seat so 2 people could sit together. for future reference, when you buy your seats, please buy them together. I ended up sitting in between 2 guys (both over 40, dont get excited) and was mad I didnt get a window. About cried taking off. Ihateflyingalone. Good flight. Glad to see when I got off the plane my Aunt Sue, Nikki and Lindsay were there. Hugs all around. Went to go get bags, but it took an hour. Boo to LAX. After getting lost and feeling like an airplane was gonna land right on top of us, finally found our way out. Got to their house, have I mentioned how much I love it? Settled in. Made cookies but then Yolanda(nanny) made the second batch and after we ate them we got sick and decided to throw them out.
Saturday - Went to Santa Monica beach. Nikki and I rode a bike made for two, my aunt rode a normal bike, and Lindsay and my uncle Paul did rollerblades. That was crazy fun. Bikes made for two=insanity from the start. So then we biked to Venice and rode around there. Then we stopped for a second and 5 seconds later this lady ran into the back of our bike, and was like "UGH" and looked at us like we ran into her at 65 mph. I was like "YOU JUST RAN INTO A STOPPED BIKE. STOP STARING AT US" Anyways, then we went to lunch at Shutters which was good. Then to the Santa Monica Pier. Fun times. We went on this roller coaster which was so short you went through it twice. And it was one of those that wasnt exciting at all, but it was the only thing to do. So while going through the whole thing, we were like "wooo!!yeah!!oh yeah!!woo!". It was just funny. Then we went on this thing that went up then dropped you then went up then dropped you (think the frogger thing at Ocean City but 10 times bigger) More scary than fun, but still very fun. Then we walked back along the beach and headed to Hollywood so I could see the sign. We actualy went down a street that had a sign that said "No Access To The Hollywood Sign" to get a very nice picture. Headed home. Probably in the pool.
Sunday - Nikki Lindsay and my aunt had to go to a tea. Luckily Nikki came home early and we watched Hey Arnold the movie. Basically chilled all day.
Monday - Basically pooled all day
Tuesday - Hung around for a while, then Yolanda took us to my uncles work at Warner Bros. (Of course we got lost and it took twice as long) So after getting the whole passes thing straightened out, we walked around the lot and saw the sets for a bunch of shows/movies. All I can remember now is ER and Gilmore Girls. So then we had lunch and there were a bunch of people dressed in suits and dresses and we found out that they were shooting a movie called Posidens Adventure(or something like that) and they were having their lunch break. Pretty cool. Then we went over to see the set of Joey, which also ended up to be the old set of Friends. So we walked around, sat on/touched everything we could. I took pictures, but they will come in about a week or so. Yeah, be totally jealous, cause the tours only got to sit in the audiance and we got to walk around. Mwah hah hah. Then we went back to my uncles office and got some Gilato. We played hangman and while hiding from Lindsay I ended up getting Nikki on the nose with my nail. Whoops. Then I got Roddy a hat. Then we went home and did random stuff.
Wednesday - My aunt took us to Balboa island to do some small town shopping. Didnt end up getting anything though. Went to Newport Beach and the water was soooo cold. I think I died. Then we decided to lay down on the sand. I ended of falling asleep on my stomach, thus leading to the worst sunburn ever. Went to some surf shop for a while. Then we went to Fashion Island which wasnt really an island. But it was nice cause it was like an outdoor mall. Went to Pac Sun and for anyone whos ever been shopping with me, I finally got that purse Ive always wanted. And it was somehow marked down to $18. Sweet. Nikki got a Volcom hat and it was sexayy. Then we went into Hollister and I proceeded to the touch screen music thing to choose every Fall Out Boy song on there. Didnt hear any while I was in there though. Nikki bought some shorts. Then we went to Red Robin and got some smoothies. Then to Neiman Marcus and I complained about jeans being marked down from $315 to $245(omgZZ wat a sAle!!) Went home. Finally moved downstairs to another room to avoid future non sleepage.
Thursday - My uncle took us to Six Flags Magic Mountain. Lindsay brought along a friend. I sported a Fall Out Boy shirt. Right when we got inside, this guy pointed to my shirt and went "omg!!Im seeing them in 3 days!" I was like "really?thats awesome!have a good time!" and hes like "thanks" Then we went on Revolution which was the first loop roller coaster ever. But that really hurt cause the bar that goes over your shoulders was right on my lungs and that hurt really bad.Then we had lunch at the Mooseburger Cafe and wore the paper moose hats for the 5 year olds. Then we went on Callauses(sp?!) which was a wooden roller coaster and that shook me up too much. Hurtness cause it tore my legs off the seat every five seconds adding on to the pain of sunburn. Then we bought fastpasses and went on Riddlers Revenge which was a standing roller coaster. While waiting in line someone else said they liked my shirt. Then we got super scared and while going up, I was singing Sugar Were Going Down and that helped. It was actually really fun!! Then we went on Batman and we were in the back and we got the back lash of the corkscrews which screwed with my stomach a lot. Then we went on it again cause the line was so short and we went in the fron without shoes and that was soo fun. Then we sat down for a while and when we got up this girl came over and asked where I got my shirt. Count 'em, 3. Then we went on scream which was so cool Cause there was nothing above you and the only thing below you was the track. Think of it like inverted, but sitting on the track not below it. We were gonna go on that twice, but my stomach hurt so me and Nikki sat out. Then we gave our fastpasses up and started to head out. Everyone else got Dippin Dots but I got Italian Ice. Yum. Found out I got maroon paint stuck to the back of my leg and it looked like a hugeee gash and it was pretty awesome looking. Slept during the car ride home. Had to go to the bathroom really bad so I went to Lindsay's friends house. Wow, her house is superrrr nice. Went home, did whatever.
Friday - We went to Huntington Gardens and had tea. Good stuff. Then Nikki had to take pictures for her photography class so we went to then Japanese garden which was really pretty. Then we went to the desert garden which I swear was on the other side of the place. And it so didnt help that my legs still hurt like crazy and I forgot to put sunscreen on. Then we went and got out nails done. I got neon green. And the person that did my nails kept giving my hands/feet weird expressions. It was weird. Then we went out to dinner at Yugeane Kang and I tried some new stuff and liked it all.
Saturday - Woke up early and had breakfast by myself. Finished packing. Left for the airport. So we passed by the normal line and went to the first class line cause of the "grand pubha card" as my aunt calls it and the person said we could go to global services since we had the million mile card (in case your wondering about this card, my uncle travels a lot. a lot a lot and he has a card that means he flys a million miles each year that gets him special stuff) so we go to the room which had just this one lady behind a huge desk and the room had couches and chairs and all this nice stuff. So she checked me in and gave everyone their passes and took my bag. So then we walked outta there and headed for the special security line and this guy goes "you have to have a premier executive card to go there" and my uncle flashes his card and keeps on walking. Funniest thing ever. So we skip the whole security line and get to my gate and everything is good so we go get some food. Then they are boarding and I got to go early cause Im a minor and traveling alone. Woot. So Im sitting next to the window next to two older ladys and one has a bad knee problem so I was like crap, this sucks. So we took off after a delay cause this family had 3 very small children and we made sure his seats were together every 5 seconds, then they were all over the plane. It sucked. But they finally fixed it. Oh and PS-hott guy across the aisle from me=]. Anyways we took off and the flight was good. I only got up once cause the lady with the bad knee was up anyways and I didnt want to make her move again. I paid for this towards the end cause my legs started to hurt a lot. Whatever. So we landed good and I left the plane and ran and gave my mom a big hug. So glad to be back in Maryland. So we went and got my bag then went home and I hugged everyone. Gave Roddy his hat and he got me a shirt from Italy that is green, woot! and it says "hello beautiful" in italian of course and in orange writing that looks like the coke writing. Verryy cool. Finally settled in and glad Im home.
I had such a great time and I cant wait till Nikki and Lindsay come here next year
