Oh yeah, and there's that job thing. I started working for a friend of the family today. Ironic that it was today, but...
It's interesting work. She owns a landscaping business, and I was originally thinking that I was going to be getting lots of exercise doing yard work and such. In fact, I'm doing desk work. Lots of stuff Ziggy would like, actually, like improving her website, finishing her brochure, taking photos of stuff, etc. One of the most interesting things about the job is that I have a ridiculous amount of freedom. I make my own hours (max 20/week), and have plenty of room to be creative with all of the photography, web design, and brochure layout. The only thing that sucks is that I've got to talk to people on the phone, like publishers and the original webmaster. And I'm not getting much exercise, as I sit at a desk all day.
