Things I like: Fic: A good Matt/Julie story set either post S3 or in S4, however you see fit (can be canon or AU, I'm not picky); A look at some of Matt's issues in S3 or S4, however you see fit to explore them; some story that puts two people who haven't spent much time together in a situation together; a serious fic that explores Landry and some of his issues in either S3 or S4 (shippy or not).
Icons: I've been hard pressed to find good S3 and S4 icons (with good reason, I know), but if you're watching this season on DirecTV, I'd love some.
Thing I can do: Fic. I don't love Lyla in any capacity, the new girls are iffy and I'm not always feeling Eric/Tami, but I can handle anything else. I haven't written much slash for this show, but I can give it at shot, should you like that.
I can offer some basic icons, (the quality of the caps will be better from S1,S2 and S3 than S4, but that's just because of where they are coming from.)
I can also work my way around a fanmix for most of the characters.
I can offer a decent amount of music for a fanmix, too, for that matter.
Things I CAN'T do: Showing any sort of love for Lyla, Tim/Lyla and Jason/Lyla. (It's a general pattern, I swear.)
