QUICK UPDATE!!!

Today I both discovered that my debit card had been misplaced, and then later luckily found it. I had left it at the last clothing store I was at, and they sent it to mall securty. I couldn't be more relieved. There was something in the back of my mind all day telling me not to call the bank and cancel until I was SURE it was missing. That was scary.

Also just watched Star Trek: Generations with Stephy. We were hunting through my movies for anything that peaked our fancy, and when nothing did, we had the primal urge to go super-nerd. I had to do some digging (through my mom's Trek room) to find the VHS, and eventually found it ... covered in dust and cob-webs. That was quite satisfactory, just because we haven't seen it since we were in grade school, and can appreciate it more now that we're older and wiser. Not to mention the fact that when you crave something and actually get it, there is a certain sense of euphoria that follows.

I also hate the internet, and phones, and anything that makes me wait in anxiety for an expected response. When the response isn't satisfactory, or isn't existant altogether, it can have a bit of an impact on my day. I hate being whipped by secondary modes of interaction. Just goes to show that person-to-person is best.

Time to be a glutton and make Stephy watch home movies ...
