I pointed out the humorous spelling error (you noticed!) to the owner, who said, cheerfully, that the poster was typed up by an American (the owner is Greek), and that "if that poster wasn't there, we wouldn't have anything to talk about"

Fellow dinerites agreed that this is a great poster to keep for the ages.
