Back in Action
Were back in action...
Well, its starting to sink in...break is over. Last week was finals, and for me that ment a lot of scheduale changing, and everyday being even wierder than the next. Since I go to GM, i dont have finals for the first three hours of the day, and since there is the International Auto Show that GM goes to every year, it messes things up even more. For this reason, i dont go to the auto show with the GM group, so this means that i get a day off...a day to study. In this case, last wednesday. Now you through in the fact we had a snow day thursday, and all of a sudden my finals start friday and end tuesday.
This messes with you. not expecting a free day, and an extra four day break screws you up...at least me. This wonderful four day break is in reality a horrible horrible thing for finals. This gives me an extra four days to loose the little information i have gatherd out of the hole in my head. So here i am, with a hole four day break and two finlas to study for...how much studing do you think i got done...
Moving beyond finals, this week has been kinda wierd. Tuesday I was supposed to go to GM, however, becasue of our new semester and final taking, i didnt. So Wednesday i walk into GM to find that the juniors had destroyed the room, everything is a mess. As soon as we started, we all realized a couple huge factors.
one: We have a design review board meeting friday.
two: We dont know what this design review board meeting is about.
three: Its Wednesday...review board is Friday...oh no!
four: We have a lot of papers to write, and projects to do
five: today(wednesday) is shot becasue we have a design space presentation on how we can test our roll cages in UG
six: I'm not going on
So now we are all a little panicky...we get over it...kinda
So, moving beyond GM, ive started to realize this is my last semester of high school. Thats crazy. Now i know ive talked to a few of you about this before, but im jsut going to say a few things. Since when did fours years go by so fast. Since when has everything changed? Since when i have known all of these people. and How the hell do i suck it all up these last few months???
Well, this week has been interesting, ive thought about the decisions i made in HS a bit, like choosing to go to GM, its very interesting. I wont go into it all on LJ, but if you ask me, id be happy to tell you about it.
All in all, this week is kinda blah! this messed up scheduale is geting to me, im waiting for next week where i hopefully everybody will be back to normal, all on the same scheduale. Weekends are free, weekdays are boring, and everybody will be back on AIM to chat it up at night!
