We're going to get her back
It appears to be that the most recent events and goings on happens to surround a kidnapped little girl. The culprit is one of the duplicates of Envy running around this place. If you've dealt with an Envy before, you'll know that they're manipulative devious. This means that he won't be going about things alone. Which means whomever is going out and looking for the little girl, you should be very cautious.
If you cannot perform alchemy to a decent extent and if you are not sure if you can defend yourself very well, then you should not go. We don't need a high death toll, am I correct? We don't need any useless bloodshed. I know that many if not all of you want to go out and help, but please do be careful. We as humans often tend to let our emotions take control of us, thus ending us in trouble. Younger ones get headstrong and go after that which they do not know of only to wind up getting hurt. I know all of us want to get the little girl back, but we have to think rationally about this. If we don't devise a set plan, then that leaves us open and vulnerable for an ambush or attack by the opposing side.
Personally I think that kids should stay out of this mess, but I doubt that will happen because when I was younger, I never listened when people said that. With that in mind, I feel that at least one adult should accompany each group of children if they wish to pursue this. I do not agree with sending adolescents out to do work like this, I am highly against sending a child onto the battlefield, but I really have no choice in the matter. I was Fuhrer back home but not here, so all I can do is give my suggestions.
