[Ed was steeling himself, prepared for a lot worse when he ended up....in...Central? But he'd just been underground? What the hell was going on? He'll wander for a bit, clearly confused, but intending to be making his way back to where he remembers the secret passage underground to be. Or there abouts, where it should be.]
The hell is going on?

Edward.
[Could it be Edward? She chewed on this, taking this moment first to wait for reaction before conclusion, all the while keeping a hand ready to move fast for that gun.]

[And as he takes in the sight, the state of her, he couldn't help but frown, a soft hiss escaping his lips.]
What...happened?
Reply
I'm uncertain.
Edward, I want you to tell me the first day I met you. Why did I meet you.
Reply
....It was years ago. After Al and I had tried to bring Mom back. The Colonel, Mustang, was out recruiting for State Alchemists and went to our house and saw....then found us at Granny's.

Thank you, Edward. I had to make sure.
[She glanced upwards, towards where she last knew the command building was. This too was in tact and she sighed.]
May I inquire into what you were doing before this?
[Riza knew this was wrong, and it was evident Edward and her weren't from the same place. She had to figure out what this was, but she couldn't allow her worry or thoughts to show. Riza kept her face neutral as she turned her attention to the boy. There was no reason panicking him yet.]

...I was underground, then that scientist...he activated an array. There were- are five, each of the labs around Central....I think it was to get the "sacrifices"....? The last I remember is hearing the Colonal yelling as I was Taken.

I see.
...but how exactly is this possible?
[The words aren't said in a fashion that she questioned what he said but the situation they were in. For now, Riza chewed on what to say and not to say. Even if passing civilians stared warily, all things considered there was a blood covered woman there.]

[Because he had no idea May had stemmed the bleeding and there is blood and it looked like she had been stabbed in the neck, for crying out loud. And he knows if anything happened to her, Mustang would be furious. Besides the fact, he had come to care about her over the years in his own way.]

Please, calm down, Edward. The girl from Xing stopped the bleeding.
...but it does appear as if the two of us are from different times,
Reply
Still, it couldn't hurt to get it looked at, or at least, get changed...? Different....times?

[Now she breathed closing her eyes.]
Yes, if only by several hours. As... I suppose when I'm from you already know of my injury.

[She had no reason to hide this, as the aftermath was quite evident. For now she closed her eyes.]
Afterwards the girl from Xing had helped, but I was separated from the Colonel and the others for some time. When I met with everyone again...
[She stopped here for now, pulling together what to say. This Edward didn't know yet--about any of that, and sadly in between finding the Colonel on the surface and after him being taken... she knew little. ]

What happened when you met with everyone again? Tell me while we walk, I still think it's an idea to get it checked even if she helped stem the blood.
[Because he still worries about her, and he does still want to know. To know what happened after she found everyone again.]

[She breathed placing a hand to her shoulder in thought, a frown coming to her features.]
I don't think it's anything to worry about, Edward.
[She closed her eyes.]
I found out the Colonel was blind and the two of us went to make 'Father' use his stone.
Reply
Of course it's something to worry about! They tried to slit your throat!
[And pauses, hesitating, eyes widening and expression stunned, slack.]
Blind.....? You don't mean......shit. What else happened?
