-In the center of Central, rain has started to fall. Hard rain, coming out of a bunch of spirals of water that have suddenly appeared out of nowhere, with a floating Alphonse standing between them, wings spread.

With all the crazy things in Central, though...

Is this really that surprising?-

-The water's still going, but Al doesn't notice that. He just sees a man and he looks like brother and he's wet...T_T-

I'm sorry! I didn't mean to--are you okay?!

I am fine... *passes a hand through his face to try and dry it a little, but it's a futile gesture*
That's the first time I have seen an angel using magic. It's impressive.

-Headtilt-

Angels don't use magic where you're from?

They do. But they don't use it as often as humans do, so they usually don't do it in front of humans. Their magic is too powerful to be used for silly things, I suppose.

You mean...

Watering plants is considered silly amongst Angels?

I...

Never thought of it that way before.

N-no! I didn't mean it that way! I mean, there is not much reason for angels to use magic in front of humans, unless they are fighting or saving someone, or something!

...But... well... There are other ways to do it without magic. You could always use a watering can?
