An Update of Sorts
Hello everyone! Just wanted to give a heads up and let everyone know that there is a 2017 round planned, but I don't have any more details apart from that (but they'll be coming soon!)
However, I do want to bring up a few things. First off, LJ's terms of service has drastically changed. If you're not aware of what's happened, a Russian entity has purchased LJ, and as such, anything LGBTQ related will be coming under new scrutiny, particularly in regards to fandom. Many people are already leaving/have left to Dreamwidth in protest. With that being said, out of necessity, this community may be migrating to Dreamwidth as well.
But there is another part to this issue. Last year, the FMA Big Bang had zero participants that came from LJ. As you're aware, it was our first time collaborating with the Tumblr version of this festival, and as I said, all the participants were Tumblr users. So- before I waste my time migrating a community that isn't interested anymore, I'm gonig to put up a poll to help me decide where this half of the fest stands.
