That’s right- if you didn’t sign up to participate as an author or artist, you’re out of luck for the 2016 season. But don’t worry- there are other ways you can participate!
Authors, have you considered being a beta? If you didn’t get the chance to sign up to write, perhaps you could help another author hone their story into a work of perfection! We’re still accepting sign ups for betas at the website.
Artists, have you considered signing up to be a pinch hitter? In the event that an artist can’t keep their commitment, we’re still going to need illustrators. You may be chosen to give a single illustration or as many as three.
And as always authors, if you happen to write something rather lengthy and DON’T PUBLISH IT, you can hang onto it and submit it next year!
