Everyone, please check your mailboxes or inboxes or what have you. All prompts have been sent out as of now. Three people dropped out, but there were still enough participants for me to assign everyone something.
While this information was included in your emails, I'm going to put them here as well:
Rules:
1a) The story must add up to 1,500 words, minimum. The writer can choose to do 15+ drabbles (100 words each), or a couple of short stories, as long as the prompt you’re given is followed in all of them.
1b) The art must be a completed work, not a drawble or a rough sketch. It should be something you'd want to receive as a gift as well as give as one. Cartoons or doujins apply to this, however, banners, icons, fanvids and the like do not.
2) The completed work should be posted directly to the community prior to being posted anywhere else. Please do not post a link from the community to Deviant Art, Fanfiction.Net, your own LJ, etc. to the work, as I’d like the works to remain available within the community, rather than deal with future broken links to works. Once you have posted your work in the community, you are free to post the work anywhere. Additionally, if you have an Archive of Our Own account, please post a copy of your work
here.
3) If you haven’t already, be sure to friend the community! You might miss out cool stuff otherwise. Like, your work being posted. Or community news. You know, stuff. In the meantime, if you have any general questions, you can post them
here, and if you have specific questions, you can contact me via this email: maddodger90 at yahoo dot com.
Due Dates:
4) I will be making a check-in post for everyone around June 1. Please be sure to reply to that post, so I know you’re still available, working on your project!
5) The due date for the completed work is 17 June, 2012. You can post your work earlier, if you want. I won’t be at all disappointed if everyone has posted prior to 17 June, believe me!
6) If, for some reason, you won’t be able to complete your work by the due date, let me know ASAP, so I can inform your recipient that yes, it might be a little late. If you must drop out, please let me know as soon as possible, so other arrangements can be made.
Posting Your Work(s):
7) Once you’ve made your post in the community, you can share your work anywhere. It’d be great if you linked back to FMA CYA, but that’s up to you.
8) Please remember to leave feedback on works! Feedback is how we get paid to do this, right?
9) When posting your work, please follow this template:
[Subject line] Story/Art Title [Characters/Pairings, Rating]
[Body]
Title:Artist/Author:Rating:Warnings:Prompt:Word Count (if necessary):Summary (if necessary): Disclaimer: Notes: [Please put your work under a cut.]
[Tags: Please tag your work based on the available tags. If I’ve missed something, please let me know, and I’ll fix them.]
I'm really looking forward to seeing what everyone comes up with!
