my family is special

Gah, my aunt keeps trying to add me on facebook.

And by "my aunt" I mean the drunk on my mother's side of the family who is on multiple prescriptions from multiple doctors for a half dozen things, takes all of them, starts drinking at 10:00 in the morning, doesn't stop until she's totally smashed (which is usually around 2:00 in the afternoon), and stays totally smashed and mostly incoherent all day.

And that's when she's at our house visiting.

Oh, and this is also the woman who spends her entire visit lecturing "the children" on how they should behave; she's made my little sister cry at least once every single visit. And thinks no one who is under the age of twenty-five, unmarried, or not yet in possession of a doctoral degree should be allowed to participate in discussion with "the adults." The last time she visited when I was home, I was eighteen and she tried to make me go to bed at 10:30 so "the adults" could talk. She also gets all of her news from Fox and tries to act like anyone who disagrees with her has been brainwashed by the media. Yeeeaaah.

I have a rule for facebook. That rule is, if I don't want to be friends with someone, I don't add them. Simple. I'll just keep ignoring and deleting her messages until she gets the hint, but that doesn't stop it from being annoying in the meantime.
