James' Review of Sin City 2: A Dame to Kill For. (mild) spoilers follow...

Anna, after watching Sin City 2: "I don't think I he ever seen so much boobs in a film. They were everywhere."

And yes, if you are a fan of Eva Green's naked breasts then, my friend, do I have the film for you. However, beyond the addition of Mz. Green's frankly magnificent mams there is very little else new in A Dame To Kill For. Adapted from 2 published stories (ADTKF and Just Another Saturday Night) with new material there are some original flashes, mainly in the segments with Joseph Gordon-Levett's Gambler, but mostly its the same old Boobs, Booze 'n' Blood with the same old Sinners.

Except not quite; Miho and Manute are no longer played by Devon Aoki and Michael Clarke Duncan, due to slight pregnancy and a touch of death which is a little jarring in a story featuring in-universe face swappery.

The fact that its more of the same isn't necessarily a bad thing- if you enjoyed the first you should like this. The main problem for me was over-use of Marv and Miho. Given that, due to Sin City's weird timeline, we know how Marv dies there is little tension in segments featuring him. Similarly Miho's apparent invincibility (When in doubt just add NIIIIIIIIIIN-JA!) make her bits a fairly forgone conclusion. Plus I like Jamie Chung but she's no Devon Aoki.

Men are still men, women are still (almost universally) whores or strippers. Except Lady Gaga who turns up randomly to test her acting abilities to the max. If you look closely you can see her muttering “Be the waitress. Be the waitress.” over and over. Limbs fly, Boobs bare, Mickey Rourke cracks heads, Jessica Alba remains a still-fully-clad stripper, Old Town Girls again produce weapons from God knows where, you know the drill.

Also, seriously, the “Girls of Old Town” are all phenomenally attractive but would you really want to visit a hooker where you might get your balls shot off if you leave the wrong tip?!

In summation; much like a Five Guys Burger, Sin City 2 was good, but not great. You won't feel cheated but for the money you'd expect something with a bit more meat.
