If my mom was still alive, today would have been her 81st birthday. I miss her alot. Most of my life, especially in my adult years, we had a great relationship. But, when she started getting sicker and sicker, she got angry all the time and mean. She'd complain to me all the time about my dad and my sister, but if I didn't agree with her, she'd get mad at me. I generally knew there was two sides to every story, but with her, it was her side or you were against her. It was so frustrating but we all understood that some people, when they age/health deteriorates, they get angry.
I have been loving the music playing in the background at the Olympics. Watching men's volleyball right now and Bon Jovi's "Living on a Prayer" is playing!
