Hippie lies
Why does everyone assume I am a hippie? There is nothing groovy or mellow about me. I'm actually quite brittle and curmudgeonly.
I was joined to a progressive hippie Facebook group by someone I don't know, which was weird, and I went along with it because hey, why not? And now I seem to have harshed everyone's mellow by pointing out that a meme posted was a hoax--it's actually stolen from some photos of a Ghanian football team, and Africa is a bunch of countries, not some groovy noble place where mellow tribespeople are being all intuitive and spiritual and stuff. Here is the meme:
Everyone in that group is now mad at me for not looking at the bigger picture, that it's a nice story.
Well, it's a lie. Therefore it is not a nice story.
