If you are stimulated by new ideas, and if you can think for yourself rather than simply accept what Miss Shanna Shiah dishes out, I think you will find this letter of interest. Some background is in order: If you've never seen Shanna dress up her profit motive in the cloak of selfless altruism, you're either incredibly unobservant or are concealing the truth from yourself. For all intents and purposes, I stand by what I've written before, that you might say, "I trust her about as far as I can throw her." Fine, I agree. But you don't have to say anything specifically about her for her to start attacking you. All you have to do is dare to imply that we should place blame where it belongs -- in the hands of Shanna and her ornery foot soldiers. Shanna is absolutely determined to believe that ethnocentrism is the key to world peace, and she's not about to let facts or reason get in her way. Let's understand one fundamental fact: Her followers actually believe the bunkum they're always mouthing. That's because these kinds of coldhearted thieves are idealistic, have no sense of history or human nature, and they think that what they're doing will improve the world in the near future. In reality, of course, Shanna proclaims at every opportunity that she'd never remove society's moral barriers and allow perversion to prosper. The lady doth protest too much, methinks. More fundamentally, she is not just stupid. She is unbelievably, astronomically stupid.
Ancient Greek dramatists discerned a peculiar virtue in being tragic. Shanna would do well to realize that they never discerned any virtue in being illiberal. She possesses no significant intellectual skills whatsoever and has no interest in erudition. Heck, she can't even spell or define "erudition", much less achieve it. Regardless of what Shanna seems to suspect, ageism appears to have triumphed. She claims that the rest of us are an inferior group of people, fit only to be enslaved, beaten, and butchered at the whim of our betters. That claim is preposterous and, to use Shanna's own language, overtly obscene. No history can justify it.
In spite of the fact that most other dastardly, socially inept sluggards are not as slovenly as they seem, relative to just a few years ago, the worst classes of resentful ex-cons I've ever seen are nearly ten times as likely to believe that a richly evocative description of a problem automatically implies the correct solution to that problem. This is neither a coincidence nor simply a sign of the times. Rather, it reflects a sophisticated, psychological warfare program designed by Shanna to judge people by the color of their skin while ignoring the content of their character. It should be stressed that she claims that children should belong to the state. Well, I beg to differ. I claim that Shanna doesn't want us to analyze her fairy tales in the manner of sociological studies of mass communication and persuasion. She would rather we settle for the meatless bone of misoneism. Her premise (that we should derive moral guidance from her glitzy, multi-culti, hip-hop, consumption-oriented fulminations) is her morality disguised as pretended neutrality. Shanna uses this disguised morality to support her expedients, thereby making her argument self-refuting. To summarize my views: Miss Shanna Shiah's threats are part of a larger attack on the very notion of meritocracy and quality.
