Hello to all my LJ friends! It's been a while since I posted, I know, but here I am! I have been keeping up on most of your posts but haven't had time to respond to many, life is just crazy! This brings me to my point of posting right now!
I am writing to let you all know that I have embarked on a really exciting journey of personal and professional growth! I have just started a program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I will be learning about all the different ways not only our diet, but our lifestyles, affect our health. I will be applying what I learn to my own life in order to become a more vital, energetic and alive person who feels healthier! I will also be learning how to counsel and coach people to learn how to listen to their bodies and their needs, and live healthier, more vital lives! I am really excited about this. Health and well-being have long been a passion of mine and that I will be learning how to help others make better choices for their lives, the people around them, and feel better about themselves makes me really happy. By the end of the year, I will have my own practice and be accepting new clients!
This is exciting and crazy and new and I cannot wait to see what this journey brings me. I am going to try and post more so that I can record and share what awesomeness abounds!
I just wanted to take a moment to thank you all for being so supportive of me. For the encouragement, the help, the patience, and the love. I would not have found myself standing where I am today if it hadn't been for all of this. So THANK YOU! I am constantly amazed at how blessed my life is because of the people who I am lucky enough to be surrounded by. You are each such a blessing to me.
If you want to know more, I would love to chat!
Be Well,
Amber
P.S. I am also doing health consultations where I gain experience working through health history forms which I will be using once I am counseling people, so if you are interested in or willing to complete a health history form and discuss it with me, I would be ever so appreciative!
