For the longest time now, since high school, which in reality wasn't that long ago, I've wanted to be a doctor. The thing is now, after graduating, I want to try something different. So, I've decided that I want to get an MBA. Yes, I said it, a Masters in Business Administration. I don't think that I'll deviate from my original plan however, I want to try something new. I'm taking the GRE February 24th and the GMAT a few days later (I haven't signed up for that one yet).
The likelihood of me getting into a prestigious MBA program (Stern at NYU, McCombs at UT, Olin at Washington, or Northwestern) are out of the question. Hartford University has a program where I could get my MBA in 18 months. How awesome is that! UTEP or UTSA would work. I'm not wanting anything grand with the MBA. I just want it so that, with an MBA and eventually an MD, I could eventually run a hospital. Cool huh? Also, if by some choice I did decide to scrap med school, I would have something to fall back on. Yea!!!
Other than the deep contemplating of my future, nothing much is going on in my life. Just making decision and hopfully being able to stick with them (what to eat, what to wear, when to sleep; you know, the difficult decisions). Walgreens called me for an interview to work in their Pharmacy, would be only part time though. Thats ok for now I guess. I guess I'll just keep looking.
That's it for tonight everyone. Hopefully everyone is doing well. I will post again later.
