Writing this prompt was the best thing I ever did, I think. Thank you so much.
This is the most intricate magic reveal fics I have ever read; it's also one of the most beautiful and heartwrenching. Thank you so much for this wonderful story! This is definitely going on my recs list.
This is wonderful :) I've actually been dying to see a fic in which Merlin explains everything to Arthur, all the times he's saved his life, everything he's sacrificed, the ridiculous amount of heartache and pain he's suffered. So I really, really enjoyed this and I loved Arthur's subtly shifitng reaction throughout their conversation.
I've seen a lot of reveals that have a more action-based side and while I love them, I always have fun with exploring characters in depth so I enjoyed trying it in a slightly different way :)
This was absolutely amazing! I love any story where Merlin's magic is revealed but this has to be the best one I've ever read. I love that Merlin pushed on to tell Arthur everything and that Arthur was able to understand it in a believable way! The little touches in the forest were so small but they made everything seem so much more intense and I love that Arthur recognizes that no mater what he wants in the future, he can't just act rashly like the old Arthur would have. Their bond is so permanent but there's different facets that are growing. Amazing<3
