Here's a fun fact:
I made Macaroni and Cheese the other day, and was forced to substitute Coffee Mate for Milk. Those expiration dates sure do creep up on you. You couldn't really detect much of a difference; butter and salt rescue any dish in distress.
I had this idea to make a journal entry in hopes I could overcome writer's block, but to no avail. My mind is empty.
