MEAT question
I looked in the archieves, and I don't this query has been discussed.
I am looking to buy a beef tenderloin to make beef wellington for the Holiday meal on Wednesday.
Sun Harvest has beef tenderloins for 6.99/lb. Central Market has the same cut of beef for $26.99/lb. I LUV Sun Harvest, but should I be scared their beef is so much cheaper? Is it mutant dog or something? You know I can't ask SH or CM b/c both will likely give me a snarky, unhelpful answer.
