If anyone has tips on how to make bread last for more than a week without molding, I'm all ears.
Also, I remain unable to locate Freschetta's three cheese and bacon pizzas featuring a white cream sauce at any grocery store (save for an isolated finding at the Damascus Food City over the summer). However, I found a worthy substitute (not replacement) made by California Pizza Kitchen. It's a julienne ham and swiss pizza featuring a "creamy cream fraiche sauce". It's also topped with dark caramelized onions, but I pick those off while the pizza is still frozen, which is relatively easy to do. I would say it's as good as the three cheese and bacon pizza, in that it's one of the few frozen food items that I actually get excited about, as opposed mediocre frozen foods whose main appeal is that they're quick and easy to prepare. Unfortunately (as with all food items I like), its time on the market is limited (it says "Limited Edition" on the box), so I went ahead bought every box of it from the grocery store.
