...you know you are completely stressed when you get out of the shower, only to realize that you never rinsed the shampoo out of your hair. WTF! I need help. I need sleep, I need love, & I NEED A LIFE! I have already worked 40 hrs this week, and I have two dreadful days to go. I can definitely use the OT, but I am really burning myself out. hold it . . . keeep holding . . . starting to hurt no? . . . keep holding . . . . . . . ok release!!! The point in the excersise? None whatsoever. It probably did more to frustrate than it did to calm. Then why do it? There's a lesson in there, see if you can find it =)

Ummm, ... in hopes that it might make me feel better??? Willing to try anything to make me feel better??? To get pissed off enough at the person whom suggested it that I will hunt them down and beat the crap out of them to relieve frustrations??? Hell, I give up. What's the lesson?

Yeah, when eaten, I heard that they can be pretty toxic. That will pretty much make any stress be gone.

Well it certainly isn't the hunting down and beating the crap outta me part! It's a buddhist lesson really. That it's only when we cannot breathe is when we appreciate every breath we take.
