It's been too long!
Wow, I've just realised that the last time I updated was before going
on holiday! Well, to cut a long story short, America was great. :) The
journey to and from was really tough but I was able to get special
assistance at the airports. Americans are really good with the disabled
anyways, so I didn't have a problem...apart from feeling really rough.
The first week we spent in Orlando. We did 4 of the Disney parks (which
included a water park) and I got to meet all of the characters. (I'm so
sad LOL) I did, unfortunately, have to use wheelchairs alot of the time
but it did mean that I could do everything that I wanted. We also went
to Universal Studio's, Islands of Adventure. I got to meet all the
Marvel characters there and I even rode the Incredible Hulk
roller coaster that goes from 0-40mph in 2 seconds!!!!!
The second week we moved to a place called Bradonton, near Sarasota. The villa was gorgeous and very big and we had our own swimming pool and jacuzzi. : ) The beaches were absolutely beautiful and we watched the sun go down nearly every night.
All in all, I coped pretty well on the holiday and I'm still feeling ok. : )
I'm off bowling with some friends tonight cos I was feeling pretty isolated so mum arranged this for me. I'm really looking forward to it. : )
Then we're gonna come back and watch X Factor with a large pizza. LOL
Oh, I've got my Mocks next Monday. Yay for me. LOL. I'm doing my English lang/lit, maths, and biology. I'm doing them in a separate room, with rest breaks and extra time so it should go alright. Will let you know afterwards.
