Belgium. among other things.
I finally sold something at work tonight!!! It's a small shop, so it's not too worrisome that this was my first sale. Although these REALLY rude people came in which sort of put a damper on it...they were complaining about how ugly the clothes were (they're actually pretty neat)...among other things...I hate it when that happens...
Anyway, Belgium.
I will begin by saying that the chocolate is A M A Z I N G. We had chocolate at least once a day---at breakfast :). I really think this should be a universal trend; it's an excellent way to start the day :).
I was mostly in Brussels, where my friend lives. It is a very neat city, quite pretty with a lot of trees. We also went to the beautiful countryside for a night, as well as to the north sea. It was MUCH too cold to swim, but we rented bicycles, and also this...car sized thing that you steer with a steering wheel and peddle to move...I haven't got a clue how to explain it.
Okay, as pathetic as that summary was that's all I have, because it would take pages to describe the full 2 weeks and I'm still kind of jetlagged, so it feels like after midnight sometime....I'll probably post some random memories of the trip at some point...the funny parts ...night :)
