anyway, a couple more things:
I hate to reference television, but the soup on the E! network can be way too funny sometimes. I still prefer watching the daily show/colbert report, but the soup definitely has its moments. It can also be surprisingly political at times.
I think that the concept of gender performance is on the decline in our society. People really took gender performance for granted, and very little emphasis remains on what is a crucial cultural cornerstone. Sadly, the divisive theological interpretations of certain male homosexual acts seem to be the primary problem.
Also, Nair sucks. (Edit: It couldn't possibly suck worse than shaving. Ouch.)
