TITLE: Jun's Flight

SUMMARY: Everyone knew Jun loved Sho, but they didn't know he was that obsessed. So obsessed to the point he took Sho's name literally and wished to fly.
AUTHOR'S NOTE: I note that Jun started the FLYING in the air thing in his solos WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY back 2000 in their first concert (Suppin Arashi). I'm not so sure which concert he did it again, but I know he did it 2 more times just recently and made me wonder if he REALLY did love Sho so much back then. I mean, he started the flying thing with SuperStar and then again in a particular concert I don't recall. But I know he did do it again, plus the walking on the ceiling thing. So I'm sorry if he didn't do it in the 5x10 concert. I've watched so much I can't remembe which one. So bear with me if that's not the one. Feel free to drop a Spazz and correct me with the approppriate concert. =.=; It wouldn't be Beautiful World, right?

Jun's Flight
Everyone KNEW Jun LOVED Sho. To the point of obsession.
They just didn't know he was THAT OBSESSED.
"You want to WHAT?!" Nino asked.
Aiba's mouth was wide open in plain shock.
Ohno just kept blinking before going. "Eh?"
Sho was just stared at him in open surprise.
Jun grinned at them all. "I want to FLY during my solo. Like literally FLY." he repeated happily. "I've already talked to the Director, he says we can do it!"
Nino spluttered and Aiba began to giggle.
Ohno just frowned in concern. Sho just gave a heavy sigh. "Why would you do something that extravagant during our first concert, Jun?"
Jun blinked at him, his grin going even wider. "Because, Sho-kun, it's our FIRST." he told him. "It would be nice to make an IMPORTANT impression on our FANS!"
Sho stared at him and Jun began to blush and stutter. "I-isn't it important?"
Sho just shook his head and walked away with Ohno following, giving one last unreadable glance, before lacing his hand through Sho's. Sho didn't even look at him.
Jun's smile faltered a little at that sight.
Nino sighed. "The real reason J?"
Aiba gave Jun a sympathetic smile. "Its because of Sho-chan's name isn't it?"
Jun shrugged and grabbed his bag. "No." he said. Yes.
"That's not true." Nino replied, his eyes glaring at him. "You're an idiot with what you're doing." Jun didn't say anything, clenching his jaw in reply.
"You're not going to impress him with this. Not enough for him to leave Oh-chan for you." Nino continued. Jun quickly snapped his head at him and growled. "I never said I'm doing this so that I'd get Sho-kun's attention away from Riida!"
Aiba came forward and tried pulling them apart. "Jun..." he began, but Jun pulled himself away.
"I'm not doing THIS to STEAL him away!" Jun snarled. "I'm doing THIS because I want EVERYONE to know that Arashi is WORTH it!"
Nino snorted and didn't back down. "That maybe WHAT YOU'RE TRYING TO TELL YOURSELF." he began, "But WE ALL know THAT you just want to be CLOSER even in just memories to HIM!"
"This is a pointless argument!" Jun yelled and stomped away. When he was outside, he leaned on the door and whispered, "We all know that already. There was no point for pointing it out."

2009 5x10 Anniversary Concert Tour
Sho stares at Jun from below as he saw him practice his solo. Ohno slowly comes up from behind him and his hand slips into his.
"...he's still doing it." Ohno remarks softly.
Sho nods, not saying anything.
"...do you really think he's flying up there to be close to you?" he asks.
Sho stares at Jun and suddenly, their eyes meet. Instead of being startled, Jun just grins at him and winks before practicing his moves again.
Sho smiles slowly and shakes his head. "No." he replies to Ohno.
He locks eyes with the older man smiles at him. "Maybe, he did." He looks back up and gives the other a soft smile. "But now, my name's a part of his just as his is a part of mine."
Ohno beams at him and squeezes his hand. "Okay." he tells Sho and leads him away.
A couple of feet away, Nino follows the two and sighs. 'No Sho. He's still doing this for you. He's just becoming a better actor' he thinks to the man walking away.
When Jun reaches the ground, Nino snorts at him and throws him a towel. Jun splutters when he realizes who it belongs to.
"This is Sho's!" he tells the shorter man. Nino grins widely at him and nods. "Mhmm."
"Where's my towel?" he asks, keeping the towel well away from his sweat.
"I let Riida burn it." Nino tells him with a grin. Jun's eyes bulge. "Why?!"
Nino shrugs. "Because I may have" he uses air-quotes here, "Accidentally, switched your towels and Sho used it and Ohno noticed and asked if he could burn it."
Jun shivers in fear and dread. "Riida is scary possessive."
Nino just smiles. "He still knows your crush didn't go away." Jun blushes and was unable to reply as Aiba pops out of nowhere.
"Who's crush didn't go away?"
"Jun's." Nino replied before Jun could tell him to shut up. Aiba's face looks concerned. "You should turn her in to the police."
Both of them turn to Aiba. "Huh?!"
Aiba looks even more worried. "You don't turn them in?! They could become worse!"
Both blinked and gaped. "Aiba-shi, what do you mean turn them in?"
"If a crush won't leave even after you said you weren't interested, they turn into STALKERS!" Aiba exclaimed.
There was a moment of deep pause before Jun and Nino burst out laughing.
"OHMYGAWD!" Nino screeched. Jun hunched down in laughter. "My stomach it hurts! Make it stop!!!"
"WHY ARE YOU LAUGHING!" Aiba screams. "STALKERS are not to be taken lightly!"
"There are no stalkers!" Jun tells him, in the middle of laughter. "Not if you count Jun as one." Nino snorts. Jun fashions him a glare, Nino replies with a pleasant smile.
Aiba pouts. "Now I'm confused."
Jun shakes his head. "Good. Stay that way." he says and walks away, clutching the towel to in hand.
"Junnnn~" Aiba cries out. "Tell meeeeeeeeeee~"
"No." he replies and heads for the shower.

'I'm doing this for the fans.' he tells himself. He pounds his fist on the tiled wall and lets the water wash away his tears.
'Keep telling yourself that, Matsumoto, just keep telling yourself that.'
Outside, Nino sighs as he clenched his fist as he heard Jun's silent sobs.
'You're not the only one who tries to forget.' Nino thinks as he sees Ohno's smile as Sho makes a joke.
'You're not the only one in pain.'

When Jun reaches the ground, Nino snorts at him and throws him a towel. Jun splutters when he realizes who it belongs to.
"This is Sho's!" he tells the shorter man. Nino grins widely at him and nods. "Mhmm."
"Where's my towel?" he asks, keeping the towel well away from his sweat.
"I let Riida burn it." Nino tells him with a grin. Jun's eyes bulge. "Why?!"
Nino shrugs. "Because I may have" he uses air-quotes here, "Accidentally, switched your towels and Sho used it and Ohno noticed and asked if he could burn it."
Jun shivers in fear and dread. "Riida is scary possessive."
