Let the record show, the next time I get bronchitis, that this was the most recent time I got bronchitis.
The timing, you see, is impeccable.
We have less than a week to go into escrow so that we can get out of escrow in time to move out of the condo so we can clean the condo so the owner can move back into the condo, except:
Sarah's brother has moved back in with her mom, official today, which means someone will have to be available to watch him (he's 15 and requires supervision) when she's at work. Normally, that person would be Sarah, except:
Sarah starts her new job tomorrow, so she'll be almost completely unavailable to:
pack anything up in the condo during the day, or
watch her brother during the day.
That and I have to go to work during the day as well.
So we're hoping that he can get enrolled in school here ASAP, so Sarah can go to work, despite the fact that his transcripts won't arrive for a week and a half (nobody's heard of email in the school systems, apparently).
So, yeah, everything's pretty much perfect.
We're pretty sure I got bronchitis in the first place because I wasn't getting enough sleep. Now it looks as if I'm going to continue not getting enough sleep, on account of we have to pack everything up in the afternoons and evenings.
