Mixed feelings

I want to update about tonight but I also REALLY want to give all my attention to listening to Morningwood.

But since I promised Lauren that I was going to update about Halloween I guess I'll have to just have Morningwood on in the backround.

It'll just be a slow update while I pause for "rocking out"

Okay. So, it's halloween. For our Undead Luau a couple nights ago I was the big kahuna...but a zombie...I don't know whether to say "zombie big kahuna" or "big kahuna zombie" or if I should even really be classifying them together like that so that's what I said it the way I did. So tonight it was time to dress up again. But I just didn't feel like it. So I was a Werewolf (my second favorite 'monster' that is totally real (not fake shit like vampires) and also totally scary and cool) but, you know, it's not a full moon...so I just had the mark of the beast on my hand and darkened my facial features. But enough about me. So Lauren, Manda and I went to Webster Hall for the official afterparty of the NYC Halloween Parade. Though we didn't actually go to the parade itself (I actually have a big problem with parades but that's not why we didn't go). So while we were waiting online to get in...there's this guy. And he is SO LOUD!!!! And ANNOYING!!!!! It was like Inconciderate Cellphone Man times 100. It was so bad. And we were talking about him, making fun of him adn saying that we HATE him for about...oh...30 minutes. I know, so unlike me. And then at one point he touched me and I said really loudly "OH GOD I THINK I'M INFECTED" but I laughed half way through and just wound up spitting on Manda's face. Oopse. So, then we get inside. Mmmmmm, open bar. And then it's dance time. Manda and myself were dancing together and Lauren was slut dancing around, because, Lauren does that. And then we look, and who starts to dance up behind Lauren??? THE GUY FROM THE LINE! So he's all over her, and Manda and I just split and laughed and watched. We of course thought Lauren had no idea that it was him, but she says that she figured it out once she saw our reactioins. So she's dancing and dancing, and then she grabs his beer, chugs it, and runs away right for us and we all run away laughing.

So then "the guy from the line" as his official name is, followed us and was like "hey, you went away quickly there" and Manda and I were just like, not paying attention letting it be Lauren's problem (best friends ever). And he introduces himself (name not important or remembered by any of us) and is like and you guy are. So Lauren's like "I'm Lauren this is...Shelly...and Samuel" Because she decided to give out fake names after she already gave her own. Did I mention the open bar? And I realize she's talking in a strange heavy new york accent and then she says "We're from Long Island." and he's all "Really, what part?" and Lauren says "Oh way out there you know, right on the tip." Which personally I think would be a great pickup line if she ran her hand along the shaft of his penis (which she confirmed she felt during the dancing) while she said it. So he's like "Like near Montawk." and she's all "Yeah." and then Manda turns to me and goes "Hey, wanny go make-out?" and I went "YEAH!" and turned to Lauren going "See you later!" and we took off again. Best friends ever.

So then apparently Lauren said to the guy from the line "I have to go find them, I'm kinda like their Chaperone." And so she leaves him. And then we just go on with the night, lots and lots of dancing. Making fun of slutty costumes. You know, all that good stuff that comes with going to a club on Halloween. And then it was go time. And we took Manda back to grand central and put her on her train and as we're leaving...who do Lauren and I run into? Who is it that makes my eyes bulge and go "HIIIIIIII" in a really weird voice I don't think I could recreate and then Lauren say "OH. MY. GOD." of course it was the guy from the line comming into grand central. And he goes "HEY GUYS! I SAW YOU DANCING IN WEBSTER HALL!" and we're all "yeah...yeah you did." And so then he's like "I gotta go though, because I need to be in D.C. tomorrow, I actually work in Russia, in Moskow, so I have to catch my train." As though, you know, we'd ask him to come and party with us more...or...you know...do Lauren against the glass doors. And we're like "Awe, okay, go catch your train, it was great meeting you." and then he goes to Lauren "And you were a really great dancer." and she's like "Thanks" as we run out the door and I hit her and scream "CALL MANDA RIGHT NOW!" and she did. I love it when an evening comes full circle.
