an FMA dream
I know that last night I had a really interesting, detailed dream, though now of course I can't remember all of it. I should've written it down right after I woke up. Anyhow, it's the first dream - that I remember having, anyway - in which I was a character from Fullmetal Alchemist.
I was Edward Elric and I was at an anime convention with a girl, I think it was Winry. I wasn't cosplaying as Ed, I was him. So I, Ed, knew that my family was up in the hotel room, but Winry and I were wondering around the hotel trying to find something (in the gift shops?) for me to wear as a cosplay. I don't know what character I wanted to cosplay as though.
I guess that I, Ed, didn't get permission to leave the military to go to this anime con, and every so often I would think that I saw Mustang around the corner or in crowds. At one point Winry and I were standing in the lower level of this hotel that the con was at and an elevator door opened to reveal Mustang who gave me this hard, squinty glare like, "what the hell are you doing here? You know you don't have permission." But he was in a crowd of people and didn't get off of the elvator. I was slightly freaked out for a minute, but when the elevator doors shut Winry and I started cracking up.
That's kinda all I remember at this moment. I'm really super tired right now.
