Feedback and Kyou Kara Maou
So the finale of "Who Wants to be a Superhero" aired last night, and throughout the whole thing I was pretty nervous and not sure who was going to win. The one on one interviews with Stan Lee both made me tear up. I really liked getting to kind of know these people and their characters, and it'd be nice if maybe they had some additional interviews or commentary or something like that when they release the first season on DVD later this month.
As I said before, I liked both of the finalists, and as Stan Lee said, they both have many of the qualities that make up a great superhero. Feedback and Fat Mama have been my two favorites throughout most of the series, so I would've been happy no matter who won, yet that being said, I was really hoping that Feedback would win, there's something about him (his kindness, caring, honesty, bravery, gentlemanly nature, love of comics and the characters, energy, trustworthy nature, consideration for the other heroes, boyish excitement and enthusiasm about just being part of the series, and the fact that it'd been his dream since age 5 to become a superhero in the first place) which made me latch onto him and develop quite the big soft spot for him. So I was thrilled that he won and became Stan Lee's next superhero :D I loved at the end of the episode that they had both his AND Fat Mama's families and friends there, it was sweet to watch him and his wife reunite, and he seemed to genuinely excited to get to meet Fat Mama's kids too ^.^ And then it was also great to have some of the other heroes come join him too - was Creature there though? And Why did Cell Phone Girl have one of the updated costumes when she was kicked out before they got them?
That moment at the end when Stan Lee came out onto the balcony and Feedback got to hug him, that was really touching, and Feedback's whole message of if you hold on to and keep believing in your dreams, anything's possible, that his dream for most of his life came true, that was very inspirational to me.
I have a little query regarding anime music:
Does anyone know if there have been more Kyou Kara Maou character singles besides Yuuri, Conrad, and Wolfram?
I've watched more Kyou Kara Maou recently, and I only have like, a disc and a half left to go, so about 6 more episodes? Maybe that's just the first season though? How many episodes are there? I'm so hooked! And I'm really liking Wolfram more and more. Gunter's still my favorite character, but I love how dedicated Wolfram is to Yuuri and how much he's been growing up in the last few episodes.
