I went to bed early today and woke up 2.5 hours later and now can't go back. Been up for 2 hours now. It's 4am. Blah!

Aerial class was intense this week. It was the first week of the next level 3 session and it was only the instructor and myself. She worked me good since I have the upper strength to try more things. I need to work on my flexibility and gracefulness. Gee I thought I was graceful as heck! lol.
---------------------------
I tried a Zumba class with a friend last week and I looked ridiculous doing it but it was fun. Won't try it again though. I can't dance for crap! I didn't know I moved that horribly.

I wish I'd taken before/after photos at the start of summer or before, and weighed myself too. I'm trying this food log on livestrong.com called MyPlate. The free service can track the basics like calories, protein, cholestorol, fats, carbs, sugars, and fibers. It has a bar that tells you how much you've consumed and how much more is left for your daily caloric needs. It also puts you in the red if you exceed the recommended levels such as sugars or carbs. AND among other things a line graph to chart your weight loss. There is a $45 annual service that has some other things like daily nutritional charts for vitamins and such. Not sure how worth it that is. I'm sure I can manage making smart decisions myself. Anywho today's experiment was nice with it. I'm not overeating and am in a good range without excess deficit.

When I first started doing decline bench press earlier this year I started with 40lbs. Got to 50, and this week bumped it to 60. I HATE incline press after though. I stick to 40. Plan to start doing some of the exercises the Twins have up on their site. I currently weigh157lbs. I have a visual fitness goal rather than a weight goal. I can't remember if I once had a size 38 jeans. 36 for sure.

I want to get one of those food savers that suck the air out of the bags and seals it for you, or out of the jars/containers. I would love it if this semester I could prepare meals for the week and freeze them and have them at school. Lean Cuisine is good and cheap, but it would be nice to have a pure natural meal. Or a mix of both. We'll see what happens.
