They slipped into their new routine as easily as if they were breathing, and all they had to do was keep breathing.

I LOVE THIS LINE. It's just. GUH.

LOL @ the thought of Spock playing tea party with Joanna.

I love outside POV fics. I love seeing Kirk and McCoy through Joanna's eyes, but I love that Joanna is very much a character in her own right.

I very nearly didn't read this and I'm not entirely sure how I feel about it completley, but I just wanted to tell you this was really well written. I really liked the characterizations throughout and the little insights into the lives of Kirk and McCoy through Joanna.

*sniffles* Beautifully written! I like that all these events happen over a long period of time, it shows a interesting progression of feeling and thoughts. Totally heartbreaking, but heh - I love stuff like that!
